Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of essential maintenance tasks-including plumbing, painting, fabric repairs, legionella prevention, gutter clearing, and meter readings-to ensure safe, functional, and well-presented environments across all properties.
• Perform installation, testing, servicing, removal, replacement, and repair of equipment as part of both planned preventative and reactive maintenance programmes, helping to minimise downtime and extend asset life.
• Provide hands-on support during plant decommissioning, ensuring safe and efficient removal from service in line with operational and compliance standards.
• Take ownership of all aspects of Fabric and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance, contributing to the overall reliability, safety, and performance of our built environment.

This role is full time working 40 hours per week and is based on site at Minley, Surrey. You will have an on call rota post 6 months working within the role.

Essential experience

• Proven background in property maintenance and facilities management

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence

Security

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
