Multi Trader

Overview

We are now looking to recruit skilled and efficient multi traders to join our team who are able to be flexible to take on jobs throughout London and surrounding home counties. with our client who work with several housing associations and Councils. Properties vary from being occupied, and void properties. Ideally, a trades person who has experience in social housing carrying out either works including disrepair works, damp works, Kitchen, Bathroom and Wet Room installations, Cap and Cove wet room flooring, Plastering, Rendering, decorations, window and door installations/repairs , Plumbing Carpet/vinyl floor and sub floor and Investigative works.

About the Role

You'll handle a wide range of housing association and council repair jobs across London and home counties. Multi-trade skills in either disrepair works, damp works, Kitchen, Bathroom and Wet Room installations, Cap and Cove wet room flooring, Plastering, Rendering, decorations, window and door installations/repairs , Plumbing, Electrics, Carpet/vinyl floor and sub floor and Investigative works.

The role suits those travelling with own vehicle although there are other options available to be discussed during interview stages.
