MNM Property Services is a well-established social housing maintenance contractor delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across London. We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader with strong plumbing and reactive repairs experience to join our growing team.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Mainly covering Greater London

Requirements

• Experience in plumbing & reactive repairs
• Social housing experience (advantageous)
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Own tools required
• Right to work in the UK
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Good communication skills
• Additional trade skills are a bonus

Responsibilities

• Attend reactive maintenance and repair jobs
• Carry out plumbing and general multi-trade works
• Accurately record measurements and materials used
• Take before and after job photos
• Report job progress and any issues encountered
• Recommend materials and follow-on works where required
