We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Tradesman/woman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of practical skills across various trades, enabling them to undertake diverse construction and maintenance projects. Responsibilities

• Carpentry work
• Stud walls & plasterboarding
• Installing insulation
• Basic brickwork
• Flooring installation
• Roofing assistance
• General building tasks
• Site preparation & clean-up
• Assisting with extensions and conversions
• Working alongside subcontractors and other trades

• Requirements
• Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to various trades
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to adapt quickly to different tasks
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
• Good physical condition with the stamina required for physically demanding tasks
• A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not essential depending on project requirements
• Willingness to learn new skills and undertake further training as needed

Pay: £24,420.00-£45,610.37 per year
