We take pride in our skilled workforce and are now looking for Multi-Skilled Tradespersons or Specific Tradespersons to join our Winning team!

Job Description

We are seeking experienced and versatile tradespeople to carry out a range of property maintenance, repair, and refurbishment tasks. The ideal candidate will be skilled in multiple trades, ensuring top-quality workmanship across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ General building and repair work.
✔ Carpentry.
✔ Plastering and decorating.
✔ General Plumbing (Toilet / basin remove and refit)
✔ Tiling, flooring, and general finishing works.

✔ Kitchen Fitting.
✔ Adhering to health and safety regulations on-site.
✔ Working independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in multiple trades or a trade in a specific filed.
• Relevant qualifications or time-served experience. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own tools and transport preferred.
• CSCS card (desirable but not mandatory)
