Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled MultiCam Graphics Cutter Router with a strong background in the sign business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of graphic design, precision cutting, and routing techniques. This role is integral to our production process and requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the MultiCam graphics cutter router to produce precision-cut graphics and signage materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of design files.
• Set up and adjust cutting and routing parameters for various materials, including acrylic, PVC, wood, and aluminum.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the MultiCam machine to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production schedules and prioritize jobs to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Utilize your expertise in the sign business to advise on material selection, production techniques, and cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating MultiCam graphics cutter routers in a sign production environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of different sign materials, substrates, and their application.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine and production issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and manipulate materials of varying weights and sizes.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a production setting.
