Job Summary:
Multifactors-Sales LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Al Wakrah. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales team activities and schedules
  • Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records
  • Communicate with clients to provide product information and order updates
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and forecasts
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
