Job Summary:
Multifactors-Sales LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Al Wakrah. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team activities and schedules
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
- Maintain and update customer databases and records
- Communicate with clients to provide product information and order updates
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
