Multifamily Plumbing Foreman / QA-QC Lead

Breakthrough MEP is hiring a Multifamily Plumbing Foreman / QA-QC Lead for active projects in Southwest Florida.

We are looking for a strong field plumbing leader with Florida multifamily experience who understands how to keep jobs organized, code-compliant, inspection-ready, and moving. This person will support field execution, reinforce quality standards, help catch issues early, and work closely with leadership to improve consistency across projects.

This is a field-based role for someone who can bring both hands-on plumbing credibility and strong attention to quality, documentation, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support plumbing field operations across active multifamily jobs
• Help keep work organized, inspection-ready, and on standard
• Walk jobs and catch quality or code issues early
• Reinforce installation quality, punch completion, and closeout
• Use Procore for field observations, photos, deficiencies, punch, and tracking
• Support Foremen and Superintendents with field coordination when needed
• Help train and reinforce expectations with crews and trade partners
• Verify work aligns with plans, specifications, Florida code, and company standards

Must-have qualifications

• Multifamily plumbing field experience
• Florida code and inspection familiarity
• Foreman, Lead Foreman, Superintendent, or similar field leadership background
• Ability to read plans and specs
• Strong communication and accountability
• Comfortable using Procore or willing to learn quickly

Preferred

• OSHA 30
• Florida multifamily project experience
• Bluebeam
• Master plumbing license or equivalent field credibility
• Experience with QA/QC checklists, deficiency tracking, and field reporting
