About the Job Opening

We are currently looking for candidates for a banking client, direct financial services.

  • Role is strictly for candidate who are CURRENTLY residing in Bahrain. Applications from candidates residing outside Bahrain will be rejected.
  • Role does not allow for WORK FROM HOME.
  • Role does not allow for PART TIME Employment.

The job would require the candidate

  • To ensure processing all transactions and services in an accurate and timely manner.
  • To ensure delivery of the highest standard of customer service at all times.
  • To correctly advise and guide the customers on the transaction process.
  • To ensure accurate documentation and process of the facilities provided as per the policies and procedures.

Candidate will be expected to meet sales target.

Performance Measurement -

  • Quality of information gathered and recommendations.
  • Compliance to the cash counting procedures.

Candidate Profile & Requirements -

  • Must be FLUENT in ENGLISH to accurately comprehend procedures, guidelines, additional instructions which may be received in written or oral form.
  • Must be FLUENT in HINDI/URDU with additional proficiency in TELUGU/MALAYALAM/BANGLA to be able communicate clearly with specific individuals in case, they are not conversant in ENGLISH.
  • Must be proficient in using computer especially MICROSOFT OFFICE, ACROBAT PDF, WEB BROWSERS in order to efficiently query and update the required systems.
  • Candidate must work on FULL TIME basis.
  • Candidates who object or refuse or are unable to comply with WORK PERMITs / LOCAL EMPLOYMENT PERMITS issuance by Invita will be REJECTED.
  • Candidates will be required to provide recent GOOD CONDUCT CERTIFICATE issued by Bahrain's Ministry of Interior.
  • Candidates must be willing to work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day with shifts between 10 AM and 9 PM.
