We're looking for a versatile visual storyteller to join our Dubai team — someone who can take a brand from concept to content and make every platform feel alive.

If you live and breathe culture, trends, and beautiful content with 3–5+ years of experience under your belt, this role was built for you.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Film, photograph & record high-quality video and audio — campaigns, podcasts, behind-the-scenes and more

• Edit footage, mix audio & build motion graphics with professional pacing and color grading

• Design scroll-stopping social carousels, branded infographics, and visual assets

• Repurpose long-form content into short-form gold for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & LinkedIn

• Track performance data and use insights to sharpen strategy over time

• Stay ahead of viral formats and emerging platform trends

✅ What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years in multimedia content creation (agency, brand, or media background)

• Adobe Creative Cloud fluency — Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop; Canva or Figma a plus

• Platform-native thinking across major social & publishing platforms

• Strong copywriting instincts — captions, scripts, and marketing copy that land

• A genuine creative eye: typography, composition, colour theory, visual narrative

• Solid project management — you juggle briefs, hit deadlines, and keep the calendar moving
