Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Multimedia Content Creator to produce high-quality visual content for our production company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing videos and photos for various projects — including commercials, corporate videos, social media content, events, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute video and photo shoots, including setting up lighting, audio, and camera equipment.
• Capture high-quality video and still images that align with project objectives and brand style.
• Perform video editing, color grading, sound mixing, and post-production using professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Edit and retouch photos using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams to conceptualize and deliver engaging visual content.
• Manage media files, backups, and ensure proper archiving of all assets.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in video production, photography, and digital media.
• Operate cameras, drones, gimbals, and other production gear when required.
• Assist in storyboarding, scripting, and idea generation for upcoming projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in film production, Media Arts, Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a videographer, photographer, or multimedia content creator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition).
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and audio recording techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of design and composition.
• Experience with social media formats and trends is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced creative production environment.
• On-location and in-studio shoots.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Multimedia Content Creator / Videographer: 3 years (Required)
