Multimedia Content Creator / Videographer / Social Media Manager

Overview

We’re looking for a highly creative, self-motivated Multimedia Content Creator to help document, produce, and grow our brand through high-quality photo and video content across social media platforms.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for the entire content creation process — from planning and filming content on active job sites to editing, posting, and helping grow our online presence.

We’re looking for someone who understands modern short-form content, storytelling, and social media trends, while also being capable of creating polished professional content for marketing and branding purposes.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content on active job sites
• Film short-form vertical content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Edit engaging social media videos using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut
• Operate cameras, DJI drones, gimbals, microphones, and other production equipment
• Create polished project highlight videos, behind-the-scenes content, promotional videos, and occasional trend/skit-style content
• Write captions, organize content ideas, and maintain consistent brand messaging
• Manage posting schedules and publish content across multiple social media platforms
• Help develop content strategies to increase engagement, reach, and lead generation
• Organize and maintain media files, footage, and project assets
• Collaborate with the team to identify key projects, milestones, and moments to feature
• Stay current on social media trends, editing styles, audio trends, and platform best practices

Requirements

• Experience creating social media content (professional or personal portfolio)
• Strong video editing skills
• Experience using:
• Final Cut Pro
• Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
• CapCut
• Comfortable operating:
• Cameras
• DJI drones
• Gimbals/stabilizers
• Audio equipment
• Strong understanding of short-form content and social media trends
• Ability to independently plan, shoot, edit, and deliver content
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working both independently and with a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites throughout NJ and Eastern PA

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills)

• FAA Part 107 drone license
• Experience filming construction, home improvement, or outdoor projects
• Photography and photo editing experience
• Graphic design experience
• Experience running business social media accounts
• Understanding of content analytics and performance tracking
