About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Creative with a strong graphic design background to support our Art Director across brand design, video content creation, and photoshoot production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing hands-on creative work with production coordination and execution across digital, social, and campaign content.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Art Director in managing creative projects, timelines, and production coordination
- Support the Art director with graphic design, video and creative concepts
- Produce and edit video content across product marketing, campaigns, and short-form social media
- Design visual assets for digital campaigns, website updates, email marketing, and promotional content
- Build, schedule, and manage weekly email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Assist with photoshoot production and on-set execution, including behind-the-scenes and social content capture
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support creative and content needs across departments
- Retouch, color correct, and edit photo and video assets for marketing and brand use
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Valid California driver’s license and access to a car
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong experience with video editing tools (CapCut and Adobe Premiere), including color correction and basic color grading for product, e-commerce, and marketing content, with an understanding of consistency across assets and platforms (skin tones, lighting balance, and brand look)
Nice to Have
- Photography skills
- Experience working on photoshoots or production environments
- Familiarity with Capture One
- Highly proactive, organized, and able to work efficiently under tight timelines
- Experience with AI tools
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (including simple formulas)
What We’re Looking For
A self-starter who is adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is both creative and execution-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 DOE
Schedule: Full-time, 40-hour workweek (Monday – Friday, 9:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.)
