About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Multimedia Designer with strong expertise in graphics and eLearning authoring tools. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality eLearning content within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop eLearning course assets using Storyline 360 and Captivate.
• Ensure deliverables meet process and quality standards.
• Review course assets against design and QA guidelines.
• Take ownership of assigned work and deliver within the agreed timelines.
• Apply knowledge of tools and demonstrate strong development ability.
• Proactively explore automation techniques to streamline workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest eLearning and design trends.
• Continuously upgrade skills by learning new tools and technologies.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Storyline 360, Captivate, and graphic design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles and QA processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive approach with a mindset for innovation and automation.
• Passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
