MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER

This role is focused on creating innovative and engaging campaigns across multiple platforms – using print, digital, animation, and video. Our ideal candidate is skilled at creating content across the Adobe Creative Suite. We’re looking for someone who is not only great at producing engaging content but is also collaborative and passionate about creating designs that will stand out from the noise. The role also requires excellent project management skills, a creative mind, and a strong eye for design and detail. Creative and Technical Skills Required

• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, and Adobe Media Encoder
• Know how to offer and take constructive criticism. Ability to take and apply direction well
• Expert time and project management skills to handle multiple assignments and complete complex jobs under deadline pressure
• Strong ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced daily TV environment while maintaining production standards and efficiency
• Meticulous attention to quality, detail, and project organization
• Visual and copy storyteller, able to write, and/or brainstorm creative copy
• Strong home internet connection (100MB+) for a collaborative file-sharing environment
• Private, personal office setup for remote work

Responsibilities

• Creating digital graphics for social media, ads, emails, web, and other digital applications
• Creating print designs for newsletters, one sheets, and other print applications
• Editing videos and creating animations
• Researching other trends in design, broadcast, theater and social media
• Communication across departments
• Additional creative support as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• UI/UX Design
• Strong understanding of responsive web development
• Email Marketing

Education:

• B.A. degree in design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
