Multimedia Designer, Developer, Digital Marketer & Content Creator

Job Summary
We are seeking a Multimedia Designer, Developer, Digital Marketer & Content Creator detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities to support the day-to-day operations of our company. Must be organized, self-motivated, able to multitask, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Planning, execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, website updates)
• Video production for Marketing, Township events, and Promo videos.
• familiar with CRM software.
• demonstrating proficiency in research, writing, and editorial skills
• Manage the chat & blog post section on the website.
• Participate in regular daily and weekly meetings to address areas requiring enhancement, modification, or ongoing attention.
• project management skills, including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written, verbal and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email marketing, analytics).
• Prior experience in an office or marketing role is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with business software suite.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva.
