MULTIMEDIA FACULTY CUM GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Summary

We, Hexanova Tech Solutions are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer cum Multimedia & Animation Faculty who can handle professional design work and train students in graphic design, multimedia, animation, and video editing tools. The ideal candidate should have strong practical exposure and the ability to mentor students with industry-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Designing & Multimedia
• Design creatives for social media, websites, brochures, posters, banners, ads, and presentations.
• Create multimedia content including graphics, animations, and video-based creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and multimedia materials.
• Support marketing and academic teams with creative and promotional content.
• Stay updated with the latest design, multimedia, and animation trends.
• Faculty / Training Responsibilities
• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in:
• Graphic Design
• Multimedia Concepts
• Animation (2D basics)
• Video Editing
• Train students on tools including:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Canva and other relevant design tools
• Prepare and update lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and real-time project modules.
• Guide students in portfolio creation, showreels, and demo projects.
• Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
• Assist students with internships, certifications, and placement readiness.
• Skills & Requirements
• Strong expertise in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, and Video Editing.
• Hands-on experience with After Effects & Premiere Pro.
• Sound understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Good teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance design production work and faculty responsibilities.
• Qualification & Experience
• Any Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of industry experience in graphic design and multimedia.
• Teaching / training experience is an added advantage
• Preferred Skills
• Motion graphics & explainer videos
• Basic 3D animation knowledge
• Digital marketing creatives
• Experience in handling workshops or certification programs
