Role Overview

We’re seeking a Multimedia Designer who will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, motion graphics, and animations to support marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and social media activations. This role requires someone highly creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment with tight deadlines.


Key responsibilities:

  • Design and produce engaging multimedia assets including videos, motion graphics, animations, and interactive visuals.
  • Create eye-catching social media videos, event promos, and webinar intros/outros.
  • Develop animated infographics and explainer videos for campaigns and product launches.
  • Edit raw video footage into high-quality deliverables aligned with IC Markets’ brand guidelines.
  • Add sound design, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Optimise videos for various platforms — website, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to produce creative assets for campaigns and events.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all multimedia deliverables.
  • Adapt creative concepts to multi-language campaigns when required.
  • Stay updated on video trends, motion design techniques, and animation tools.
  • Propose creative visual approaches to elevate campaign impact.
  • Maintain a digital asset library and streamline production workflows.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, or video editing (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Figma Basics
  • Motion design tools (e.g. Cinema 4D, Blender — nice to have)
  • Animation techniques for both 2D and 3D
  • Strong experience in video editing and storyboarding,
  • Understanding of social media content formats and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect visuals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for innovation and a keen eye for emerging trends in multimedia.


Portfolio Required : Please include a link to your portfolio showcasing examples of your video editing, motion graphics, animation, and multimedia work.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with web animations (e.g. Lottie, HTML5 banners).
  • Familiarity with fintech, trading, or SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of sound design or basic 3D animation.
