Job Summary

The Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing multimedia projects from start to finish. This includes video production, editing, audio capture, lighting, drone operations, and coordinating production schedules and crews. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in multimedia tools, have a creative mindset, and ensure high-quality output aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end multimedia production projects
• Operate professional cameras, including 4K digital cameras, and handle all camera operations
• Set up and manage lighting, audio, and sound equipment for productions
• Coordinate production crews, including scheduling, task assignment, and on-set supervision
• Capture high-quality audio and manage audio post-production
• Edit and produce video content for multiple platforms, ensuring technical and creative excellence
• Export files in XML format and render videos in Advanced Video Coding (AVC)/H.264 format at medium and high bit rates
• Operate and navigate drone equipment for aerial videography
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure safety on set

Requirements

• Diploma in Multimedia, Media Production, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in multimedia production
• Proven expertise in video production, editing, and post-production techniques
• Experience using professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Proficiency in relevant multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience operating drone equipment
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Currently residing in Kuwait (local hiring )
