YOUR DAY AS A MULTIMEDIA SPECIALIST

As a Multimedia Specialist at Mel Trotter Ministries, you will play a pivotal role in the Advancement Department, working closely with the Marketing Manager to elevate our brand through captivating visuals. Your mission? To create high-quality graphics that speak to our public and donor community, using your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite. You'll design and edit an array of content formats—from logos and newsletters to eye-catching social media graphics and videos.

By collaborating with the team and embracing creative conceptualization, your innovative ideas will shine as you meet deadlines and uphold quality standards. With a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and teamwork, you'll contribute significantly to the Advancement Department’s goals, ensuring our message is communicated effectively and resonates with all who engage with our mission.

WOULD YOU MAKE A GREAT MULTIMEDIA SPECIALIST?

To thrive as a Multimedia Specialist at Mel Trotter Ministries, you’ll need a solid foundation in digital art and design, preferably backed by a degree or certification.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Degree or certification in digital artdesign or a similar field preferred
• Minimum3years ofrelatededucation or job experience
• Stronggraphic designportfolioand demo reelsshowcasingskills and creativity
• Proficiencyin video editing software, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
• Experience with WordPress preferred, not required.
• Excellent interpersonal skill, and professional verbal and written communication
• Able to create engaging, interesting content that accuratelyrepresentsthe MTM brand
• Productive independent worker and positive team participant with excellent relationship building skills
• Highly organize, with excellent attention to detail and timeliness
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
