REGENCY GENERAL CONTRACTORS - COSTA MESA Multimedia Videographer (Social & Professional)
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and creative Multimedia Videographer to bring visual stories to life through compelling video and photography. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind capturing, editing, and producing engaging multimedia content that resonates with diverse audiences. We need a creator who can switch between fast-paced, high-energy social content and polished, professional marketing videos. You must know how to "stop the scroll" on TikTok/Reels while maintaining the technical discipline to shoot clean corporate interviews and property tours.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos that align with project goals and brand standards.
- Operate professional filming equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound gear, to ensure top-notch production quality.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards to guide video projects from inception to completion.
- Edit footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects to craft polished final products.
- Create engaging motion graphics and visual effects that enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
- Manage post-production tasks including color correction, sound editing, and adding graphics or titles for a professional finish.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to understand project needs and deliver content that meets deadlines.
- · Social Content: Produce 3~5 high-impact vertical videos weekly. You must identify trends, use native platform hooks, and edit for maximum retention.
- · Professional Content: Capture and edit polished brand stories, client testimonials, and project walkthroughs.
- · Storytelling: Handle the end-to-end process from conceptualizing a "vibe" to delivering a final, color-graded product.
- · Speed: Turn around social content within 24-48 hours and professional edits within a week.
Skills
- Proficiency in video production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom), Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other editing software.
- Strong videography skills with experience in filming various types of content, from interviews to promotional videos.
- Solid understanding of post-production processes including editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of photography techniques and equipment operation for capturing high-quality images.
- Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into visually compelling content.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Equipment & Gear Expectations
- Systems: Mastery of mirrorless setups (Sony A7/Canon R series) and high-end mobile (iPhone 15 Pro+) workflows.
- Stability: Expert use of gimbals (DJI RS series) and dynamic handheld movement.
