• Light tidying, laundry folding, and keeping common areas picked up
• Taking initiative in someone else’s home to leave it 10% better than you found it
• Supervising kids while a parent works from home or heads out for a night out
• Helping with homework, crafts, or activities to keep kids engaged
• Being the calm, capable presence that lets a busy parent breathe
