At Miraculous Minds, we specialize in designing custom academic programs that ignite a love of learning. Our programs are highly individualized—rooted in data, tailored to each student’s needs, and built on strong, trusting relationships. We’re looking for a warm, motivated Instructor who can help students build academic skills while making learning meaningful and fun.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Miraculous Minds Instructor, you’ll work directly with K–12 students (in 1:1 and small group settings) to support growth in reading, writing, and/or math. You’ll play an active role in:

• Designing and delivering customized, engaging lessons
• Building positive student relationships that encourage perseverance and a growth mindset
• Tracking student progress and adjusting instruction based on real-time feedback and assessment
• Collaborating with our educational team to ensure consistency and quality across sessions
• Communicating student growth and needs to families with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, English, Math, or related field preferred)
• Previous experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring youth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Suite and other educational tools
• Bonus: experience with students with diverse learning needs or IEPs
