Located in Newport Beach, California- One Mind Learning center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Multiple Subjects Tutor to join our team. We specialize in creating individualized learning programs for students in grades Kinder -12th, helping them build confidence, strengthen academic skills, and stay on track with their school curriculum.

Our tutors work one-on-one with students of all ages, providing both targeted support in areas of need and reinforcement of classroom learning. This allows for meaningful connections and truly personalized instruction that aligns with what students need most.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, 1-1 tutoring sessions across multiple subjects, including homework support, test preparation, and academic enrichment
• Design and deliver engaging, personalized lesson plans
• Reinforce school curriculum and help students stay on track with classroom expectations
• Collaborate with teachers to evaluate progress, adjust strategies, and refine individualized learning plans
• Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment

Qualifications

• Prior tutoring, teaching, or youth mentorship experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (required); teaching credential is a plus
• Compensation dependent on subject proficiency and experience*
