Roles & Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation works for construction projects including conduits, cable trays, wiring, switchgear, DB dressing, lighting fixtures, sockets, and panel connections as per approved drawings and UAE standards.
• Perform routine electrical maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair works for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration units.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot HVAC system issues efficiently.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and work schedules.
• Assign tasks to maintenance staff and monitor progress.
• Receive and track maintenance requests.
• Prepare reports and maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors when required.

Requirements / Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience in electrical construction and maintenance.
• Good knowledge of UAE electrical codes and site safety standards.
• Experience in both new construction projects and facility maintenance.
• Good knowledge of AC systems, troubleshooting, repairs and installation.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in facility coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance scheduling and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
