Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Multitasking Scheduler to join our team. This role is essential in coordinating & scheduling daily routes for our technicians. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in data entry, communication skills and customer service. All applicants will need to fill out application at Callhopper.com to send with resumes.   • Multiline Telephone System
  • Customer Communication
  • Daily production check in

Skills

  • Scheduling & Planning: Includes managing schedules, booking appointments
  • Ability to read a map to make an efficient scheduling
  • Attention to detail: crucial for task as in proofreading, spotting errors and ensuring accuracy
  • Data Entry: Focuses on inputting and organizing information into the system correctly
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective communication skills in phone and email management
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in the office flow
  • Familiarity with MAC OS, Google Drive, Spreadsheets

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
