Murex Datamart Support Regular Consultant

Provide L2/L3 support for Murex Datamart issues in a production environment.

Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to Datamart workflows, reporting, and data extraction processes..

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Datamart report generation, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.

Support batch processes (EOD/Intraday), reporting issues, and interfaces between Murex and other upstream/downstream systems ( Swift, accounting systems).

Participate in release management, testing, and deployment activities related to system changes.

Document incident resolutions, known errors, and standard procedures.

Provide on-call/off-hours support as required.

4-7 years of experience in Murex application support, with at least 4 years focused on Datamart module.

Solid understanding of trade lifecycle and settlement processes for various asset classes (Equities, Commodities, etc.).

Strong hands-on experience with Murex Datamart, including report development, data extraction, and performance optimization.

Experience with Murex workflows , confirmations, settlements, accounting.

Understanding of P&L and valuation of trades

Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and batch job monitoring tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
