Job Responsibilities

Makeup Services

• Perform Musea Makeup Bar services including Soft Glam, Full Glam, Event Glam, Express, and Mini Muse looks
• Customize services based on guest features, preferences, and occasion
• Use Musea techniques and brand standards to ensure consistency and excellence
• Maintain a clean and sanitized station between each guest

Client Experience

• Build rapport and trust with every guest
• Offer add-ons and product recommendations to enhance their look and at-home glow
• Educate clients on membership benefits and upcoming availability
• Deliver a seamless, elevated experience from chair to checkout

Team + Culture

• Attend monthly trainings and refreshers with Musea Educator
• Provide feedback to the front desk for scheduling improvements
• Support new artists and represent Musea values in every interaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, trends, and brand protocols

Compensation & Bonus Structure

Hourly Rate: $17-18/hour

Additional Income Opportunities:

• Tips: 100% artist-kept
• Add-Ons: $2 per add-on
• Retail Sales: 10% commission
• Membership Sales: $5-12 depending on membership

Bonuses are paid bi-weekly

Ideal Traits

• Licensed or certified makeup artist (where applicable)
• Skilled in a variety of glam styles and skin tones
• Reliable, punctual, and professional under pressure
• Friendly, uplifting, and team-oriented personality
• Coachable and eager to learn Musea techniques and grow with the brand

Requirements

• Must be available for training Dec 2nd–9th, 2025 in Nashville
• Must be fully available to start work the week of Dec 2nd, 2025
• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license preferred
