Full-Time Seasonal Position, Part-Time November-March. Starting salary-$23.00 per hour.
The Administrative Assistant provides support for the museum and retail operation. This role requires confidentiality, the ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy in cash handling, scheduling and customer service. The Assistant works both independently and as part of a team, supporting administrative, financial, and operational functions while following all company policies and departmental procedures.
The Assistant’s main duties include answering telephone and email inquiries, schedule school and group tours, billing, assist with control cash backup, bank change orders, proper scheduling of employees, general office duties, including filing and correspondence and covering breaks in Sutler Shop and Admissions.
