About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, people-first Museum Host to be the face of MOSIDA. You'll guide guests through interactive digital art installations, spark engagement throughout the floor, and make sure every visitor leaves feeling inspired. This is not a stand-and-watch role — it's active, dynamic, and built for someone who naturally lights up a room. If you thrive in hospitality, attractions, or customer service and love connecting with people, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and orient guests as they arrive at the museum
• Proactively engage visitors throughout the exhibits — you go to them, not the other way around
• Guide guests through interactive digital art installations with energy and enthusiasm
• Explain experiences clearly and accessibly to all types of visitors
• Assist guests at technology-driven interactive stations
• Monitor guest flow and help maintain a safe, smooth, welcoming environment
• Handle questions, concerns, and unexpected situations calmly and professionally
• Support events, private bookings, and high-traffic periods
• Help bring MOSIDA's energy to life on the floor every single shift

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a major plus)
• High energy, warm, and genuinely outgoing personality — this role requires it
• Comfortable with technology and picking up new interactive systems quickly
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays (rotating schedule)
• Proactive customer service mindset — you engage guests, you don't wait for them
• Calm under pressure; handles problems without escalation
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, events, or attractions preferred — but we train the right person
• Schedule: Evenings, weekends, holidays required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Background in museums, galleries, theme parks, or entertainment venues
• Passion for art, technology, or creative experiences
