The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the museum, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e., organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, events and workshop facilitation, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities

Greet visitors and guests as they arrive at the center, providing them with information about services, facilities, and relevant procedures.

Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, directing calls and messages to the appropriate staff members and departments.

Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to during their interactions with the center.

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing reservations, and processing visitor requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, including managing visitor sign-in procedures and ensuring reception supplies are adequately stocked.

Fluent in both English and Arabic, effectively communicate with guests in both languages to accommodate diverse needs and preferences.
