Zindagi Trust is hiring a full-time Music Coordinator to be based at our adopted government schools in Karachi. The position will be located at SMB Fatima Jinnah Government Girls Secondary School in Garden West and Khatoon-e-Pakistan Government Girls Secondary School in Bahadurabad.

Role Summary:

Support smooth functioning of the Music Department across both schools – from class coordination to event logistics, admin support, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student & Class Coordination – Attendance, punctuality, rehearsals, and event support.
• Admin & Data Management – Daily reports, records, schedules, Teams & Excel updates.
• Instrument Handling – Inventory, issuance for practice, inspections & upkeep.
• Communication – Resolve queries, manage WhatsApp groups, ensure clear info flow.
• Junior Music Classes – Conduct & coordinate sessions, compile results.
• Events & Visits – Assist with logistics, room setup, and program execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational & coordination skills.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Teams.
• Ability to multitask & prioritize.
• Passion for music (experience in education/creative field is a plus).
