Location: Conyers, GA – POTENT Headquarters

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099) → Equity Path after 60-Day Probation

ROLE OVERVIEW

ASSISTANT CEO is a hands-on operational leader who will:

• Serve as the face of POTENT, leading daily videography, song reviews, and all content initiatives.
• Oversee the 5-person core team, including CFO, Head Audio Engineer, CEO , EXEC ASSITANT TO CEO , and NFT Animator.
• Lead talent scouting through song review sessions and other engagement opportunities.
• Provide creative direction across all five business pillars.
• Oversee NFT, AR, and metaverse initiatives in collaboration with the NFT Animator.
• Execute a 60-day probation path toward equity participation and long-term compensation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Operations:

• Scout talent for Music label
• Videography and song review operations (2:00 PM – 11:00 pm).
• Ensure high-quality content capture using POTENT studio equipment (Sony a6400, DJI Ronin, Weeylite lightbox, pro lighting).
• Equipment setup, maintenance, and quality control, including personal audio interface for artist recording sessions.
• Track daily KPIs: 150+ song reviews completed, 20+ social media pieces created.

Talent & Community:

• Talent scouting and artist discovery through song reviews.
• Serve as primary public-facing representative across all platforms, social media, and content.
• Collaborate with the host for battles and other events to expand artist relationships.

Strategic Leadership:

• Creative direction for all five pillars: Music, Fashion, Content, NFTs, and Events.
• Organic growth responsibility: drive content creation, brand visibility, and audience engagement across all channels.
• Oversee NFT/AR/metaverse projects alongside NFT Animator and other team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Basic camera and in-person recording skills.
• Relocation to Conyers HQ within 60 days.
• Operational leadership and hands-on management experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive problem-solving, and high-energy execution.
• TikTok monetization and Socail media influencer
• Social media following of 1000+ TikTok live streaming will be ran from your page for song reviews thru Nero.fan . Credibility is key with what we are building .

Preferred:

• Experience in talent acquisition, artist relations, or A&R.
• Knowledge of Atlanta music culture , blockchain and metaverse projects Are a plus
• Sales or commission-based experience a plus.

COMPENSATION & PATH TO EQUITY

• Starts as 1099 independent contractor.
• COMMISION PAY ONLY
• 60-day probation path to evaluate performance and fit.
• Post-probation: secured equity participation and full compensation package, including commissions across all pillars.
• Commission structure ensures shared upside with the 5-person core team.
• Residual royalties from signers artist .
• Access to studio and Masters Beats Program (all beats sold with masters rights )

• Relocate to Conyers HQ within 60 days.
• Bring personal audio interface for in-person artist sessions.
• Familiarity with company studio equipment: Sony a6400, DJI Ronin, Weeylite lightbox, pro lighting.
• Track KPIs and attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $1,300,000.00 per year
