Location: Sanjay Ghodawat International School, Kolhapur, Maharashtra

Sanjay Ghodawat International School is looking for a passionate and skilled Music Teacher to inspire creativity, talent, and musical expression in our students.

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching music across different age groups, be well-versed in both Indian and Western musical traditions, and bring energy and innovation to the classroom. This role includes classroom instruction, leading choirs/ensembles, and organizing school performances and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate music lessons to students
• Teach both theory and practical components of music
• Lead school choir, band, or music clubs
• Organize performances, concerts, and cultural events
• Encourage students to participate in internal and external music competitions
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Music or a related field
• Prior teaching experience in a school setting preferred
• Proficiency in vocal/instrumental music (Indian or Western, or both)
• Ability to work with digital music tools and tech is a plus
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
