Job Summary:

The Music Coach will be responsible for delivering structured and engaging music education in accordance with CBSE guidelines. The coach will foster a love for music among students, prepare them for school events, competitions, and examinations, and nurture their vocal or instrumental talents through individual and group instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate music lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and co-scholastic framework.
  • Teach vocal and/or instrumental music to students from primary to senior secondary levels.
  • Prepare students for school assemblies, annual day functions, cultural programs, and inter-school competitions
  • Encourage student participation in CBSE and other recognized music events and competitions.
  • Maintain music instruments and ensure their safe usage and storage.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members for integrated projects or interdisciplinary activities.
  • Maintain records of student performance, attendance, and assessments.
  • Guide students with individual music projects or examinations (if applicable through certified music boards like Trinity, ABRSM, etc.).
  • Ensure inclusive participation of all students and identify special musical talents for further development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Music (Vocal/Instrumental) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant teaching/coaching experience in a school setting.
  • Familiarity with Indian classical and/or Western music (vocal/instrumental) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to conduct and direct group performances.
  • Proficiency in music theory and practical training.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
