Music Teacher

We're a highly-regarded music school in the Edison/Metuchen/Central NJ area, and we're looking for passionate music teachers to join our team.

We're particularly interested in teachers who can teach piano up to advanced level, or piano as a primary instrument and another instrument as a secondary one (e.g. guitar/drums/violin). This is an on-site position, so reliable transportation to the school is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Teach students of all ages in 30, 45, or 60-minute lessons.

Qualifications:

• College degree required, with a music degree strongly preferred.
• Experienced in music instruction and great with children.
• Reliable and punctual.

Compensation will start at $25 per hour during a trial period of 1 month, increasing to $30-$35 per hour based on performance, experience, and credentials.
