Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan engaging music lessons aligning with curriculum and student goals.
• Teach vocal and instrumental techniques to individual and group students.
• Conduct rehearsals and prepare students for musical performances.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments, feedback, and regular practice.
• Maintain and tune instruments ensuring proper classroom music equipment.
• Introduce students to diverse musical genres and traditions.
• Encourage creativity, confidence, and teamwork through musical collaboration.
• Organize school concerts, competitions, and community music programs.

Skill & Experience

• Strong knowledge of music theory, notation, and performance techniques.
• Excellent vocal or instrumental proficiency with teaching experience.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all skill levels.
• Patience, creativity, and adaptability in classroom teaching methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
• Experience using digital tools for music learning and composition.
