Job Summary

To educate students in musical concepts, techniques, and appreciation through structured lessons, practical instruction, and performance opportunities, cultivating a lifelong love for music. Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Instruction: Develop and implement lesson plans covering music theory, history, sight-reading, rhythm, melody, harmony, and performance techniques for various instruments (piano, guitar, strings, etc.) or voice.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare students for exams or auditions.
• Performance & Events: Organize, direct, and rehearse students for school concerts, recitals, choir, or band performances.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive, inclusive, and fun atmosphere, adapting methods for diverse learners.
• Collaboration: Work with other educators, parents, and administrators to support student development.
• Extracurriculars: Lead after-school music clubs or ensembles.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field; teaching certification/licensure.
• Musical Proficiency: Strong skills in playing instruments and understanding music theory.
• Interpersonal: Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and organizational skills.
• Passion: A deep passion for music and teaching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
