Job Summary:

The Operations & Brand Head leads end-to-end operational excellence while building, positioning, and managing the company’s brand across investor, partner, and regulatory ecosystems. This role ensures regulatory-compliant operations, efficient investment-product processes, strong risk controls, and a unified brand presence that supports business growth across MF, PMS, and AIF verticals.

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee complete operations for Mutual Fund, PMS, and AIF products.
  • Ensure accurate NAV calculation, fund accounting, settlements, reconciliations.
  • Manage registrar & transfer agents, custodians, trustees, fund accountants, brokers.
  • Drive operational automation—STP, workflow digitization, data integration.
  • Lead KYC, onboarding, investor servicing, reporting, and transaction processing.
  • Build robust MIS dashboards for Management & Investment Team.
  • Work closely with CIO, CXO leadership, and sales teams to support AUM growth.
  • Identify operational efficiencies and cost-optimization opportunities.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure alignment with SEBI regulations across MF/PMS/AIF.
  • Oversee audits, inspections, and regulatory filings (e.g., PPM, financials, AUM reports).
  • Strengthen internal controls, operational risk frameworks, and data security.
  • Implement policies for product documentation, disclosure standards, and governance.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 6 –10 years’ experience in MF / PMS / AIF operations, compliance, or product roles.
  • Strong understanding of SEBI regulations for all three product categories.
  • Comfortable working with investment teams, clients, distributors, and regulators.
  • Sharp understanding of financial markets, products, and investor behaviour.
  • Expertise in operations tech systems, RTA platforms, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

NISM V-A/V-B preferred or mandatory as per regulatory norms.

2–5 years of experience in financial sales, wealth management, or investment advisory.
