We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Mutual Fund Sales Executive (Female) to join our team. The role involves building strong client relationships, providing financial advisory services, and promoting mutual fund products tailored to clients’ financial goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for client engagement, and the ability to deliver measurable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Advisory:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients investing in mutual funds.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, resolving concerns, and providing timely updates.
- Provide personalized financial advice based on clients’ goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon.
Portfolio Management & Analysis:
- Conduct periodic reviews of clients’ investment portfolios.
- Analyze mutual fund performance and market trends to recommend adjustments.
- Share regular performance reports and discuss portfolio strategies with clients.
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales of mutual fund products by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to expand the client base and achieve sales targets.
- Assist in client acquisition through referrals, networking, and direct engagement.
Market Awareness & Client Education:
- Stay updated on mutual fund schemes, market conditions, and regulatory guidelines.
- Educate clients through presentations, workshops, and one-on-one sessions about investment strategies and product benefits.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with SEBI/AMFI guidelines.
- Manage and verify client documentation for account opening, transactions, and compliance.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds and financial markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide personalized financial solutions.
- Goal-oriented with proven sales and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AMFI/NISM certification (mandatory or to be obtained within 3 months of joining).
- Previous experience in financial advisory, mutual funds, or wealth management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
