Tarshid is the National Energy Services Company, established by the Public Investment Fund to catalyze the development of a more energy efficient Saudi Arabia. The launch of Tarshid is a result of a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Finance and the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center. Tarshid aims to be a pioneer in the energy efficiency field and to build towards a more sustainable future. Tarshid has a mandate to develop, fund and manage impactful energy efficiency projects in government and commercial sectors that achieve significant energy savings for the Kingdom.

job summary

The jobholder to support M&V Team in day-to-day M&V support duties. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing M&V activities of projects, implementation of strategic initiatives, and preparing reports for the M&V team.

Main Responsibilities:

M&V support

- Support project development in assessing baseline consumption of projects and feasibility of projects.

- Support the M&V consultant in the baseline evaluation of bids throughout the bid award.

- Support in submetering installation and consumption evaluation, finalizing the DFS and ESPC documentation, and other M&V related activities.

Retrofit implementation support

- Support in finalizing documentation for project M&V plan completion.

Post-retrofit support

- Support in preparing M&V report and ensuring that the project performance is reviewed.

- Liaise with OM team, ESCO team, and Entity to resolve any issue.

- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.

Qualifications :

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

-CEM /CEA/ CMVP certification is preferred.

Experience & Skills

-1-2 years in a Solar technical role or similar role, preferred in Energy sector.

-Proficiency of English required; fluency in Arabic is a must; effective communication skills (written and verbal); effective

-time management skills; ability to manage concurrent tasks.

- Basic knowledge relating to building retrofits and savings estimation.
