This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rawalpindi for the position of MVA Vetting. The individual will be responsible for assessing and verifying motor vehicle accident claims. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing documentation, cross-checking evidence, liaising with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards. You will also maintain detailed records, provide updates to clients, and contribute to optimizing case processes.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for reviewing claims and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination and client interaction
• Proficiency in data management systems and general computer literacy
• Understanding of legal processes and industry regulations related to motor vehicle accidents is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proven problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
• Relevant experience in claims vetting, BPO, or a related field is advantageous
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
