MYP Physics Teacher

Job Summary

American Gulf School is seeking to appoint a highly inspirational, motivated, and dynamic MYP Physics Teacher. American Gulf School has grown tremendously since its opening in 2021 and will be expanding with more classes offering the same excellent standard of education that our parents have come to expect. American Gulf School offers the highest standards of teaching and learning for all our students from Pre-KG to Grade 12.

The ideal candidates will have the following:

• Proven track record of excellent teaching and pedagogical practices
• Previous teaching experience
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching
• Strong ability to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff
• A creative and innovative thinker
• Hard-working, dedicated and committed to the school to ensure Academic Excellence
• Previous IB Experience is essential
• Previous experience in an American/IB school preferred
• Master’s degree preferred

Requirements

• Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Physics is required
• Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience
• Excellent command of English
• Master’s degree preferred
