About the Role
We're looking for an n8n & AI Automation Engineer who can build smart, reliable automation systems from the ground up. You'll work at the intersection of automation and AI — designing workflows, integrating platforms, and creating AI-powered agents that solve real business problems. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the full lifecycle of automations, from idea to deployment to optimization.

What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end automation workflows using n8n
• Develop AI agent workflows powered by LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic
• Connect CRMs, email tools, databases, and SaaS platforms through APIs and webhooks
• Automate outreach, lead generation, follow-ups, and other repetitive business processes
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing workflows for speed and reliability
• Write clear documentation for every workflow you build
• Work closely with the team to understand business needs and translate them into automated solutions

What You Must Have

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience building workflows in n8n
• Proven experience working with AI agents and LLM APIs
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic JavaScript
• Experience integrating CRMs, email platforms, and third-party tools
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Clear communication skills with the ability to document and explain technical workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience with other automation platforms like Make or Zapier
• Background in B2B outreach, sales automation, or lead generation workflows
• Familiarity with voice AI tools such as ElevenLabs or Whisper
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and REST/GraphQL APIs
• Exposure to managing automations for multiple client accounts
• Understanding of prompt engineering and automation security best practices
