Your Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of global product marketers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
- Guide the development and execution of mid- to long-term product marketing strategies, aligned with corporate priorities, product roadmaps, and regional market needs, and drive the planning, prioritization, and execution of global Go-to-Market strategies while maintaining the Go-to-Market roadmap
- Ensure messaging consistency, positioning alignment, and customer insights integration across product lines and regions
- Act as the central contact for key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration with Product Management, Sales & Service, and Marketing & Communications

Oversee operational excellence by establishing frameworks, best practices, and progress monitoring to ensure measurable business impact
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Product Management in an industrial/B2B environment, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and messaging development, as well as strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, with experience working in a global, cross-functional environment

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
