Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
• Apply eyelash extensions using safe techniques to achieve natural or dramatic effects tailored to client preferences.
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Provide expert advice on nail and eyelash care, product recommendations, and aftercare routines.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring a smooth client flow.
• Engage with clients through excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
• Promote retail sales by demonstrating products during consultations and upselling complementary services like lash lifts or skincare treatments.
• Stay current with industry trends in nail art, eyelash extensions, and beauty techniques through continuous education and training.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Eyelash Technician with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your skills in nail art and lash application.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing required; additional training in eyelash extension application and body waxing is preferred.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records management.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, sterilization procedures, and health regulations applicable to beauty services.
• Experience with advanced treatments like dermal fillers, Botox (Botulinum toxin treatment), dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients about their desired looks while providing professional recommendations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards. Pay: $24.79 - $29.85 per hour
