Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Beautician & Therapist specialized in men’s grooming, facials, massages, and skin treatments. The ideal candidate should be passionate about client care, well-versed in modern techniques, and dedicated to providing top-quality service in a luxury salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform facials, massages, waxing, threading, body scrubs, and other men’s grooming treatments.
• Provide skincare consultations and recommend suitable products or treatments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area at all times.
• Ensure clients receive a luxurious, comfortable, and professional experience.
• Stay updated on the latest grooming and skincare trends for men.
• Assist in promoting salon services and upselling relevant treatments.
• Follow salon standards, health & safety, and hygiene protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Beautician or Spa Therapist (men’s grooming experience preferred).
• Strong skills in facial treatments, massages, nail , and basic beauty services - Pedicure, Manicure etc..
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Relevant beauty or spa certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
