About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Nail Master who specializes in Russian e-file manicures, gel and acrylic nail extensions, and intricate nail art. You’ll be working in a high-end environment with discerning clients who value precision and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Perform Russian e-file manicures and pedicures with expert technique
• Create stunning gel and acrylic nail extensions
• Design custom nail art tailored to client preferences
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and consultation
• Collaborate with spa team to ensure seamless client experience

Requirements

• High school diploma (required); diploma in beauty therapy (preferred)
• Fluent in English (required)
• 2–3 years of experience as a nail technician or nail master
• Proficiency in gel and acrylic nail techniques
• Expertise in Russian manicure methods
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and attention to detail
• Flexibility with scheduling and commitment to growth
