Nail Salon Manager/ Content creator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Nail Salon Manager/Content Creator to lead our beauty team and elevate our brand presence. Duties

• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring high standards of sanitation, customer service, and professionalism
• Manage team schedules, training, and performance to foster a motivated and skilled staff
• Develop and implement marketing strategies through social media platforms, including photo shoots, tutorials, and promotional videos
• Create compelling content that showcases nail art, skincare treatments, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and other beauty services
• Upsell retail products such as nail care items, skincare products, and beauty tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
• Maintain knowledge of current beauty trends related to color theory, esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, hair styling, barbering, hair threading, and more
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations related to sanitation and safety standards in the salon environment
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service
• Conduct retail math calculations to optimize sales opportunities and inventory management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a nail salon or beauty spa environment with strong leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques and cosmetology practices including gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art design
• Familiarity with a broad range of beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair extensions, hair styling, barbering, and threading
• Strong understanding of color theory to assist clients in selecting complementary shades and designs
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within the beauty industry
• Ability to create engaging digital content using photography or video editing tools for social media platforms
• Retail sales experience combined with upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
• Basic understanding of retail math for inventory control and sales tracking
