Duties

• Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry
• Apply knowledge of color theory to create stunning, personalized nail designs that match clients’ preferences
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering expert recommendations
• Upsell retail products like nail care tools, polishes, and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, techniques, and industry innovations including eyelash extensions and body waxing
• Assist with retail sales and inventory management to support overall salon operations

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care required
• Strong knowledge of color theory, nail techniques, and sanitation practices
• Experience with advanced services such as gel nails, acrylics, nail art, and eyelash extensions preferred
• Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and build lasting relationships
• Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Familiarity with retail math for upselling products confidently and accurately
• Knowledge of additional beauty treatments such as hair styling, hair extensions, threading, dermabrasion, laser treatments, barbering, or body waxing is a plus
